Terms of Service Agreement

One Account Per Person
Each individual user may only open one account at ram98. Opening multiple accounts using the same personal details, IP address, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited. If a breach of this rule is found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.
Registration & Identity Verification
All information provided when registering an account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ram98 reserves the right to verify a user's national ID (NRC), passport, or payment account name at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

Deposit Restrictions
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Transfers from accounts belonging to someone else will not be accepted.
- Once a deposit is successful, the account holder is responsible for using those funds to play.
- Any commission fees charged by banks or payment services during transactions must be covered by the user.
- ram98 may place a deposit on hold while investigating any transaction that appears suspicious or unclear.
Withdrawal Process
We aim to process withdrawal requests within 10–45 minutes. However, if required verification details are incomplete, processing may take longer. To withdraw —

- Enter your payment account number correctly — it must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals from a Bonus Balance can only be requested after the wagering requirement has been met.
Section 3 — Bonuses and Promotions
Welcome Bonus
New users making their first deposit can receive a 120% welcome bonus — 120% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus is bonus amount × 10.
Examples —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks — receive bonus 24,000 Ks → total balance 44,000 Ks → wagering 24,000 × 10 = 240,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.
- Deposit 340,000 Ks — receive bonus 200,000 Ks → total balance 540,000 Ks → wagering 200,000 × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks must be completed before withdrawal.
Bonus Abuse Restrictions
- Each user may claim the bonus once only. Claiming the bonus across more than one account is not allowed.
- Any attempt to claim the bonus repeatedly by switching payment methods will be treated as an immediate account closure.
- One-sided betting strategies designed to clear the wagering requirement (e.g. "Arbitrage" bet grouping) are prohibited.
- Using a Bonus Balance for currency exchange or chip dumping is prohibited.
VIP Rewards and Cashback
ram98's VIP tiers are Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Your tier is based on your play history and can be upgraded accordingly. Weekly cashback rates are —
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
Cashback amounts may vary depending on your play activity. ram98's decisions on cashback are final.
Section 4 — Responsible Gaming and Restrictions
Fair Play Policy
Games on ram98 are operated with technology that ensures fair outcomes. Any user found using bots, balance-draining tools, or collusion strategies is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation will be closed immediately and remaining balances may be forfeited.
Football Betting Rules
Football betting outcomes can vary depending on officiating decisions —
- Bets placed on live football (Live Betting) cannot be withdrawn once the match is in progress.
- If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
- If a match is stopped before 90 minutes are completed, ram98's decision on settlement will be final.
- ram98 reserves the right to correct any errors resulting from incorrect announcements or changes to odds-related information.
Live Casino Rules
When playing live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, etc.) —
- If a player is disconnected due to a technical issue during a game, the round result will be settled based on the recorded game log.
- Live casino games have minimum bet and maximum bet limits. Please check these before you start playing.
General Slots and Games Rules
Jackpot wins in slots games are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator). If a player disconnects after a bonus round has started, ram98 will make every effort to credit the bonus amount. Where this is not possible, a decision will be made through a backend review process.
Section 5 — Account Interventions
Reasons ram98 May Intervene
If any of the following situations arise, ram98 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice —
- Providing false personal information
- Use of software bugs, exploit methods, or hacking attempts
- Any financially related activity that violates the law
- Opening and playing multiple accounts from a single person
- Attempting to fraudulently claim any bonus
- Any other clear violation of these terms and conditions
Self-Requested Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may request this through 24/7 Live Chat. Any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be removed at the time of closure, and only the original deposit (Real Money Balance) will be returned.
Section 6 — Privacy and Data
Handling of Personal Information
